Pastor Bob Ehle
Senior Pastor
[email protected]
Pastor Bob and Reenea come to us from Missouri. Their calling to CFC began in in October of 2021. At that time, they had been married 26 years and together have three children. God worked a miracle in Bob's life in 2014 and he began sharing testimony and God's Word at churches in north-central Indiana.
Bob and his family were living in Logansport at that time where he served as news director for a group of radio stations, director of the Cass County Solid Waste Management District and as Health and Safety Supervisor for Logansport Municipal Utilities.
God called the Ehle's back to Missouri, where they had lived for 13 years. This is where Bob's call to ministry came into focus.
While he was news director for a group of stations in Moberly, MO, he also filled the pulpit at churches throughout the northern half of the state and was chosen to serve as the Pastor at the First Christian Church in Salisbury, MO.
Bob pastored that church for three years, before God called him and his family to return to Indiana. They took a leap of faith and moved back to the Hoosier state in June of 2021, without a job, and sensing a calling to full time ministry.
In October of 2021, Bob was confirmed as the pastor at Christ Fellowship Church. His wife Reenea, a gifted singer, works for an automotive dealership in Lafayette.
Their son Rayme lives and Lafayette and their daughter Emma, lives with Bob and Reenea. Bob's stepdaughter Maylayna and her husband Michael live in Springfield, MO, and are now the parents of Bob and Reene'a first grandchild, Gage Michael.
Bob is a gifted communicator with a heart for God's people.

Elders
An elder is the spiritual part of leadership in the church that works alongside the Pastor with the flock. This entails many different things from visiting people, prayer and just following up with people as spiritual leaders to support the Pastor.
An elder must be blameless, faithful to his wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient. Since an overseer manages God's household, he must be blameless—not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. Rather, he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.
(Titus 1:6-9 NIV)
To the elders among you, I appeal as a fellow elder and a witness of Christ's sufferings who also will share in the glory to be revealed: Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.
(1 Peter 5:1-4 NIV)
Deacons
A Deacon is a servant leader who oversees & ministers to the physical needs of the church. At CFC, Deacons are responsible for congregational care and community benevolence.
Here is a trustworthy saying: Whoever aspires to be an overseer desires a noble task. Now the overseer is to be above reproach, faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full respect. (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God's church?) He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil. He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil's trap. In the same way, deacons are to be worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain. They must keep hold of the deep truths of the faith with a clear conscience. They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons. A deacon must be faithful to his wife and must manage his children and his household well.
(1 Timothy 3:1-10,12 NIV)
