Thanksgiving Meal Set; You Are Invited!
The annual Thanksgiving meal has been set for Sunday, November 17, following worship, in the fellowship area, downstairs at CFC. Everyone is welcome to join us for worship at 10am, with the meal to follow about 11:30. The Church will provide the turkey, and members are asked to bring a side or dessert if they can. Please invite someone to join you. We are hoping to make this the biggest Thanksgiving meal we have ever had at CFC.
Prayer Service Scheduled
CFC is hosting a community prayer service on Monday, November 4 at 7pm. This is the day before the November election and there will be prayer for our nation, its leaders, and for unity under The Name of Jesus. Everyone is welcome to participate in this special service. There will be music, readings from scripture, and prayer that evening. Please help spread the word and join us that night.

Block Party A Huge Success
The First CFC Block Party was an extremely successful event, with free food, bounce houses, a dunk tank, along with music and prizes. People from all over the community gathered at the CFC parking lot for the event. Pastor Bob Ehle said, "It was great to see so many people come by, including a lot of young children." Plans are already in the works to make next year's event even bigger, and better. "We were so pleased to be able to offer this to the community, and to provide the food, fun, and most of all, to show the love of Jesus," Ehle said.

Bruce Best Recognized; New Treasurer Named

Bruce Best was presented a plaque during service for his many years of dedicated service as the treasurer at Christ Fellowship Church. McKenzie Cosgray has officially assumed the duties of treasurer. Bruce we thank you for all you have done and look forward to continuing to call on you for your guidance. McKenzie we are blessed that you have stepped up to fill this vital role and we will keep you and your family in prayer.
